Design
Externally, the Signor Tomato greenhouse differs little from similar arched greenhouses. Its feature is a unique PVC profile from which the frame is assembled. The material for its production is the same plastic from which modern windows and doors are made - strong, durable, resistant to both low and high temperatures and their differences.

The greenhouse is produced in the form of separate parts, packaged by type. The package includes:

Assembly of the greenhouse, thanks to a well-thought-out fastening system and mounting holes already made in the profiles, takes little time and can be done with your own hands. The covering is attached to the frame using special self-tapping screws with rubber gaskets to prevent moisture and cold air from penetrating inside.

Operating rules
The operation of the Signor Tomato greenhouse in the summer season is no different from other similar structures. The manufacturer gives some recommendations only for snowy winters. The calculated load that a frame covered with 4 mm thick cellular polycarbonate can withstand is 80 kg/m2. It corresponds to 25-30 cm of freshly fallen snow or 13-15 cm of compacted snow.
Snow slides off the arched roof on its own if there is not too much of it
If the load is greater, the structure may not withstand it, so during snowy winters in your region, it is recommended to choose one of the following methods to prevent deformation:
- Choose thicker material for coating - at least 8 mm.
- Purchase special supports for the arches, which are not included in the standard package, and install them for the winter under all the upper ties of the arches.
- Clear the greenhouse of snow after heavy snowfalls using wooden scrapers or other tools with blunt edges that cannot damage the top protective film.
But the most reliable way is to dismantle the polycarbonate for the winter. This is guaranteed to keep the frame intact, and the soil in the greenhouse will overwinter under natural snow cover, which heals the soil. In the spring, before rebuilding the greenhouse, it will be possible to thoroughly disinfect both the frame and the covering on all sides, getting rid of possible pests and pathogens of various diseases.

Assembly instructions

The work is carried out on a level, marked area, where a trench is dug as described in the instructions.

Assembly occurs in the following order:
- After studying the instructions, the parts must be laid out according to the markings applied to them.
- First of all, doors and windows are assembled.
- Then assemble the end of the greenhouse, marking it with a marker according to the instructions.
- A door and a window are installed at the end.
- The assembled end with legs is set aside, then you can immediately cover it with polycarbonate or follow the instructions. The polycarbonate sheet fixed with self-tapping screws is cut with a knife along the contour of the arch.
- The second end is assembled in the same way.
- After the ends, the remaining arcs are assembled.
- First, the first end is dug in level, and then the arcs and ties are installed one by one.
- At the end, the second end is installed.
- Cover the structure with polycarbonate, leaving a 5 cm canopy over the ends. Each sheet overlaps the previous one.
- Holes for doors and windows are cut in the polycarbonate at the ends, leaving the required gap.
- Lastly, handles and screws are installed.
